Not on Facebook? Really?

What? You are NOT on Facebook? EVERYONE is on Facebook. My parents, my aunts, my uncles I would have to say at least over 75% or more of the people I know...are on Facebook. Let's talk about this.

Honestly I have to say that with the way certain technologies have been making us a less social civilization (I blame email and text messaging) it's actually nice that Facebook came along when it did. It allows me to keep in touch with relatives and friends that I normally wouldn't talk to for years at a time.

Are you the tech person for your (extended) family?

I'm thinking about taking the blog in this sort of a direction. A place where I'll share my latest thoughts and reviews on latest technologies. I'll have a few other relatives that have some tech expertise in certain areas that I'll recruit as well.

Everything will be targeted towards how-tos, requirements and whether or not its worth the effort to try. Keep in mind that some of this may be old news to us...but to your Uncle Jim its brand spanking new.
